I really dont know how the teams could change if she was around but I know that the max players would be set to 25 now.
(I also didnt think about giving editing Circumspect's name to include the B initial-)

I might as well rush through things, and say that my family would reserve for a hotel room tomorrow to dedicate the fact that it's my mother's birthday in the next two days. That's all I can say.
Hi, hello. Now that S4E4 has released for a past week, I might as well talk about what kind of events would occur in this formula I consider it to be tradition since it is valuable to my digital footprint aside from my other contributions in this wiki. Now before I talk about stuff and point out my most prevalent slots that I want to talk that I got right, I will omit the other slots that are usually there because this is how they do, with some exceptions that I'd like to point out. So let's start shall we?
So I know I did check that they didn't put the merch promotion in the episode, but it does count for me because this was prior to the episode in question as a way to promote it for their upcoming content, which per se is pretty clever not that next year is 2026 and that the staff is embracing their new look to complement the current state of the show, with a new vibe and storylines to be in the works amid to construction.
Although, MePhone4 wasn't the most prevalent part of the episode, or in other words that they pay dedication to him, that being said Cammy did have a glimpse of knowing that he was there, which I can assume that counts. So yeah, MePhone4 is still not forgotten as much in this season.
Despite saying that there are slots being omitted granted with how they work and not specifying which is which, I would have to point continuity references that I did captured while I watched the episode:
Cammy did say his promise to be competing alongside the game in exact verbatim, but in Fan's case, with Teddy Bear saying that he is still alive. As for MePhone4 though, his whereabouts are unknown at the moment. (Editor's Note: I meant to talk about MePhone4 about his whereabouts and not Fan since, you know what happened. Apologies)
Also saying their line in verbatim, Jack helps out HMPS the same way he did it with Circumspect now that they lost MeTag.
Box does her "Yep!" with a thumbs up, which is likely referenced to how she said in II2E18 when Suitcase asked her about many characters who were created in MeLife.
OJ takes over for Fan now that he is fighting for his life. I will talk about my reaction to it in my review since I have to understand how prevalent his sudden mishap led to him at risk of his life. But for now, OJ did a better job at hosting than he did in II2E7 not gonna lie. This might work with any co-leader of the OSC to put into their power as they facilitate most of the game as supervisors to ensure the society binds together, but the thing is his bias for Paper might be existent throughout the series, which will lead to like conflicting situations regarding to that bias. So I'm hoping that OJ's bias takes it too well and uses his power to assist Paper a lot of the times in order for this to be fair play.
(Also yes, the accident or much worse fate slot has been implied, so I might not going to reiterate until I question what will happen to Fan for either good or bad.)
That said, I wish there will be an episode where Cabby manages the game with her power to comply many contestants in it since OJ and Suitcase have already done it in each episode they were featured in. I will bring this suggestion up in some prediction post, but it might not be that possible to consider.
Apparently I mentioned the fact that we needed more real world characters that have some contribution to the series but with their roles left with a mystery aside from the news reporters. And here we are with an unknown corn character, whose name has not yet identified in the series as of now. We don't have an established backstory for them yet since this is just their debut appearance, but in around like few episodes into the season that we know their name, their origins, and how Steven Lee Paul Cobs have impacted their perspective about him and what has become grief now turned into disdain towards the II characters that are still present today as we know it.
Okay, that pretty much wraps up my chosen slots based on how I got them correct, now let's talk about the ones I failed to mentioned based on how the episode plays out.
First of all, I mentioned Bot getting a repair in their left eye twice as of these results of tallying how many slots in many episodes, but I understand with Bot's compassion with the Shimmer energy, it's unlikely that they would eventually request Test Tube to repair their face in the future, unless the Shimmers would eventually appear and help out with this minor issue. But for now, Bot would try to get used to with this head injury as long as they can tolerate for who knows when.
Then there's the real world details, excluding its characters there outside the 50+ characters we've seen and known in the series. I was this close to knowing how this society is in contrast to the people who were once under control by a mobile device for his obsession of reality TV shows. Though this is not too serious or anything, so this is all I can say.
With the direction of the show, it might be tentative, or simply speculative that Poppy could still be a tame character that anyone can tolerate just to associate with them in midst of their presence needing some acknowledgement for the better. And even if there are mistakes they made, they might start to become positive in terms of character reception from the other characters knowing how they act and behave. Well, except for Paper, whose thoughts are still kept in just to witness if anything bad happens from then, but again, this is all speculative, so nothing might come true to light until what will soon happen next.
Finally, the cliffhanger not supposed to happen. Once again, I'll discuss about it myself in terms of what I perceive, but here's my judgment about this direction. Knowing how good the episode is, the more likely a cliffhanger might buildup for suspense for either a particular character or group of characters, or an event that entails a larger storyline to unravel, which I could hopefully assume how clever this concept will be if the writers have well thought of idea in order to build up certain characters who a have lacked moments in the past, or with new characters who have yet to receive anything new about themselves with few exceptions.
I will say this, but I wish there will be like short minisodes (or mini episodes) within the season that still engages the audience that will unpack many side plots that would happen outside of the main series with characters who don't really have the foresight to participate in the game. There will be like a short where contestants would go on side quests, or as I mentioned before the unidentified corn character, which I assume they were like a college student in their world, who graduated and received a Bachelor's Degree on Science of Culinary Arts/Management, now running a cooking show, and that Steve Cobs admired their recipes back when they were, I don't know, in their teenage years. So there is my concept of these kind of shorts.
Anyways, this is my bingo card and some details that I made to go along with each entry slots that I got correct and the ones I have failed to mention. Like I said, I have way too many plans in life personally, so this review will have an immense amount of procrastination until the right time to return. And yes, this includes my Christmas break plans and with school work as well. So with that, this has been CGM, on your scene and on your feed in a myriad of posts back-to-back. I hope you enjoy your day or night II wiki. Have a good one. Bye.
Would like to remind you guys that Paper wants to change for the better, keep an open mind, and start being more rational around Poppy and MeTag. He said he would make things right at the end of this very episode, he promised to make things right and we should actually have some faith that he CAN become a better person.
He as a character has always been susceptible to trauma which also means that he was way more likely to be extra afraid of Poppy and MeTag, not because he "hates corn in general", but because they remind him of Cobs, a part of him has the faith that they can actually be great people despite what it seems to him on the surface and he's planning to genuinely try to make things right.
None of this justifies him in any way at all, but we still have to keep in mind that this season seems to genuinely plan to show his ACTUAL character depth, I have been paying a decent amount of attention to his character and I personally believe he's getting more character depth lately than people think. I definitely understand that the payjay feels a bit overdone and it's best if they tone down a bit soon, but I don't think it's completely ruining his character. He's not being watered down to "mean and has a boyfriend", but instead, they're showing more of his irrational side than they've already shown, without making him seem completely mean. Paper is a very morally grey character, I'd personally call it a lighter shade of gray due to good intention but not TOO far off from the middle due to bad actions despite it.
+ Bonus: OJ did not rig the votes. You spin the wheel, your vote doesn't count. Poppy's vote didn't count because they spun the wheel.
Paper is most likely the most mischaracterized character in this fandom along with Tissues. Feel free to add any of your own opinions, not forcing you to think the same way I do, and not forcing you to be a fan of Paper either.

We (as youtube viewers) see different fragments of the show compared to in universe viewers (the most basic example, steve cobs being killed wasn't shown and IIIV is nonexistent as a show in universe)
What do you think was edited out of episodes we've all seen?
OJ and Suitcase: Welcome to the OSC!
OJ and Suitcase: Come in, have no fear!
OJ and Suitcase: You're one of us now!
OJ and Suitcase: (Haha, ha, ha!) WE'RE ALL MAD HERE!
Cabby: A lost cabinet inside a maze, she asks for help but receives riddles, receives threats! Lost for days, remains unfazed, I play your games and either way, I LOSE MY HEAD! Two truths and one lie, the time flies as this madness descends, what begins, and what ends? Who am I? Who are you? What's a lie? What is true? How can I find a way out when what's left appears right, and what's right always wrong? Clinging to sanity, or embrace the fantasy?
Cabby: You seem to walk for miles, met with feline smiles, as grins begin to turn to scowls...
OJ and Suitcase: You're one of us now!
Cabby: Crimson red hearts, stone from the start, bet'cha, they're beating now! Files and cards, yeah, I'll tear them apart, 'cause my friends need feeding now!
Cabby: Send kind regards, drop the facade, contestants, hear my vow! I'll embrace this OSC crown, I only paint in red now!

Cabby: No way out in sight, so try if I might, I'm giving up, oh, I'll embrace this OSC crown, I only paint in red now!
Cabby: Looking in the looking glass~
OJ: (I trip, I fall, from big to small, I just want home, IT'S NOT MY FAULT!)
Suitcase: (You trip, you fall, from big to small, you just want home, IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT!)
Cabby: Chasing time, it moves so fast~
OJ and Suitcase: (You sip, you smile, just stay a while! Put down your mind and JOIN THE WILD!)
Cabby: My threads of thoughts are fading, impulsive webs invading, OSC words coming out of my mouth!
OJ and Suitcase: You're one of us now!
(Chorus repeat)
Cabby: I'll speak in rhymes, if riddles you seek, I'll give you riddles recite 'em for free! Are you scared of me? ARE YOU SCARED OF ME?!
Cabby: The clock's run out, too late to wake up, I'm locked under this nightmare's thumb, begging you hide and run, WHAT HAVE I BECOME?!
Adam: Cabby, sweetheart, time for the next season! Cabby? Cabby...? (gasp) CABBY!
(Chorus repeat)
Adam: (Brian, come quickly!)
Brian: (What is it?)
Adam: (I don't know what's wrong with her!)
(Chorus continues as Cabby sings)
Cabby: CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SHOW ME THE WAY OUT?! I'M NOT SURE WHO I AM OR HOW!
Cabby: I'M PART OF OSC NOW! CHASING DOWN SANITY 'TILL I DROP, MIND RUNS AWAY AND IT JUST WON'T STOP! PLEASE, I AM BEGGING YOU, JUST LET ME OUT!!!
Cabby: I only paint in red now.

Didn't make a another asset for corndon yet
Low key have a bad feeling about them at the cliff💔
Paper should've gone out. sorry PayJay fans
Offical version which uses ii2 movie design (most likely a place holder)
Disclaimer that you aren't forced to agree with anything I say!!! This is only my perspective from somebody who's trying to better their own writing and enhance his own perspectives on characters, to tell when something is poorly written as hell and when it's insanely good, but note that i might be SLIGHTLY biased due to payjay being undeniably my favourite ship, still trying my best to do this well though. I have bad wording, so if you need any clarification on any of what I said, please say so!!
MAJOR SPOILER ALERT! Inanimate Insanity IV Episode 4 Spoilers!
I think they really want to keep payjay going strong this season. I'm aware that the team has been wanting payjay canon for a LONG time, and it makes sense for them to be a bit glazing. This might also help to show how two people who are new to love might be too dependent on each other and be around each other all the time.
I do know that Paper has to get eliminated eventually, and that something will one hundred percent happen surrounding OJ's favoritism and maybe something about their relationship too. (Not to expect a breakup OR to want one, i definitely want them together, though I have hopes that there will be some more interesting moments between them that are more than "paper and oj love each other so much!!" as it was shown in this episode)
After all, i do think that this episode specifically had higher quality payjay than the other episodes, it's more than just them blushing and liking each other and Paper bragging but this time it's also OJ clearly worrying about Paper, OJ feeling like he can't be too harsh because his boyfriend is involved, and such. I don't think it's gonna be anywhere close to a main plot point, just a side thing so the writers can have their fun on payjay and the viewers can get a bit of their own service on the way, too.
I actually like how parts of it also show that the characters, Paper and OJ, are more than what they seem on the surface. This is the main part on why I think adding some payjay in is useful, because OJ is shown caring about Paper and toning down his words for him, while Paper has been shown bragging about OJ. Not to mention that even outside of their relationship other sides of the characters are shown.
A lot of the fandom tends to believe Paper is nothing but some twink who would do anything his boyfriend tells him, that he can't do a single mean thing, this could also root from his high-pitched voice and the Evil Paper era which made any of his less nice actions be overshadowed, but this season? This season has been showing that the usual fandom mischaracterization for Paper is not true at all. He can brag, he can be a bit mean at times, he can get mad at people unfairly, and he's not always rational, without it being all there is to him either.
(Note: I hope his slight bit of attention seeking is a bit more highlighted this season too! I would LOVE to see it!!)
For OJ, it's been extra highlighted since the II movie.
To be as honest as possible, I'm yet to overanalyze OJ as much as I have overanalyzed Paper (well, I haven't done that many deep analysis on Paper even if a few times. I would like to credit the fact that I relate to Paper a lot and that my queerplatonic partner has analyzed him TONS and i've always happily read all of it), though I might drop a deeper analysis that's further of my own sometime soon.
Overall, I think some people take OJ to be a lot less egocentric than he is, and some make him seem way more egocentric than he is. He's trying to be less self-centered, and still getting the hang of it, which I assume is a part of the two biggest causes for his favoritism (My theorized two biggest reasons being that he's trying to become less self-centered, the fact that Paper is his boyfriend)
You don't need to ship payjay, you don't even need to like it at all, you can hate it and I don't mind it, even as somebody who absolutely loves the ship, I don't fully disagree that the amounts might have some excess for what the season is meant to be, but I completely have hopes and I think that we should be looking more at the characters instead of their love life before making a statement that their entire personalities are their respective lover.
I think there's way more to each of them, even shown in their character interactions, too. Two characters can be dependent on each other and still have their own respective identities and personalities, and that's at least how I see it when it comes to Paper and OJ. I love both characters, hell, they're in my top 3 favourites and I LOVE my top 3 favourite characters. Do not underestimate how ill I am about Cherries, Paper, and OJ. Both because I headcanon them as a family and because of other factors like character design, writing, and personality.
Note that recent couples and people who are new to love may be very clingy to their partner and are more likely to depend on them, have unfair favoritism at times, and others.
I think the scene where OJ explains to Paper that Poppy's part of the society now, and that causing more fear around the people won't help it, really shows how they genuinely look out for each other, and also mentioning something that doesn't have to do with them at all. This also seems to say that Paper might be trying harder to better his ways, too!
Overall, I think it's fine to dislike payjay, it's understandable when you already dislike a ship or when you wanna focus on other things to see a few scenes of something you don't want to see, however I don't think they're absolutely terribly written so far and I think they will be doing better. Now with the new release of merch, AnimationEpic will most likely be gaining better funding for the show after the chaos with CreatorInk, which might mean there will be even better writing, animation, etc for us to watch!
I have high hopes for the ship's future, and I think it's an opportunity to make it easier to understand for the fans that there's lots to both characters to enjoy of, both inside AND outside of payjay! That is, unless you're not into analyzing the writing of shows and things you like. Not a bad thing, though, I just personally like snacking on my own character analysis
Hope you guys had fun reading this! First time I've sent such a huge wall of text here, here's a bit of payjay, a scene I mentioned here.
I repeat, my deepest of apologies if this is badly worded, you are not forced to ship payjay, this is just my personal take on the amounts of talk about how they're insanely forced, fanservice, terribly written, that their entire personalities are each other, etc. I don't agree with most negative takes and I wanted to explain why I think we can still enjoy the characters both inside the ship and outside of the ship, even both at the same time.
I'm completely open to hearing YOUR takes on this, too! I love to hear what others think and to recognize that thoughts can vary more than you think.
