BFDIA 23 promo but III
BFDIA 23 promo but III
We (as youtube viewers) see different fragments of the show compared to in universe viewers (the most basic example, steve cobs being killed wasn't shown and IIIV is nonexistent as a show in universe)
What do you think was edited out of episodes we've all seen?
Is Bot a reference to Thorax from MLP?
Now, I haven't been up to date on II for a while, and I'm not even close to being far enough into FIM to get a good idea of what Thorax is like, but I've recently noticed a surprising amount of similarities between both characters.
Both are light green coloured
Both are very sweet and lovable in nature
Both are bug themed, with an emphasis on Butterflies in particular
Both have character arcs involving being discontent with their past selves (Bot didn't want to be a robo-replica of Bow, while Thorax wasn't keen on being part of the changelings)
Both have been given prestige from the "Higherups" of both settings (Bot was one of Mephone's favourite contestants, while Thorax has been given a medal by princess Luna on one occasion)
Once again, I'm not that caught up on either of these franchises so far, and I'm not sure if this was the exact intention, but even if it wasn't it's still a funny as hell coincidence regardless. Thanks for listening to my ted talk, goodbye
What should I do with them?

March 13, 2020. The day that the modern world changed. A dangerous disease was on the loose, causing the infamous Coronavirus Pandemic. For me that day, I had just finished another week of 6th grade (because I started middle school in 2019), and that friday was a random charity event where volunteers would go to the gym and get their hair completely shaved off. It was wild. I never thought how badly the virus could've gotten. I first heard word sometime in January. People stopped going to school because of the spread, and I thought that those who had a mask had the virus, so I yelled at some random dude to get away from me, as I pointed at him. I got in trouble once because this one classmate in my PE class has Asian heritage, and I asked him in mid-February if he had the virus, and just replied "no", but was confused, and somehow offended.
He snitched on me and I got called up to the principal's office because I was "racist". Like, I understand that Wuhan was the place of origin for the virus, but I found it to be ridiculous, just assuming one was Chinese and thinking they have the virus. Well anyways, fast forward to March 14, and I hear that schools in my state got canceled, and I was breaking down mentally, like, "is this really it? This is the reality of the 'future'?" So then online classes go smooth, and at the end of the year I decided to hold an online party for the last day on May 20th. My dad and I had decided to go to Iowa, then St. Louis when he was called off for 9 weeks back in late April. We passed by Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.
When May hit, there were plans to go to Lake Tahoe, but instead of going through Nevada, we went through California. This was in early July, and during the Summer I was keeping up with BFB, and II. After coming back, I was a bit nervous for my 7th grade year, and on that first day it was chaotic, only a handful could get connected to Google Meets. But then in 2021 began the transition, and then I took summer enrichment classes, which were just fun stuff, nothing academic. Just to get back into the habit of an in-person return.
Early 2022 arrives, and news for our state revealed no more masks. Then, I start high school. Back in the pandemic, I worked with the first iteration of BFTLCAH, before soft rebooting it in February 2021. I took a hiatus from August 2021 to May 2022, then worked on episodes 18 and 19. Episode 20 was supposed to come out in September of that same year, but because of how overwhelmed I was with schoolwork, I laid it off indefinitely. Spring break arrives in mid-March, and I was able to continue with V.W Crafter's Secret, making it in a whopping week.
I then worked on Episode 21a, which released roughly a month later in April, then 21b in late May, and then began the long process of 21c onwards. 21c was supposed to be done in August, but got delayed to mid-September, because of that Nordic trip I took. Then Episode 22 took 2 months, releasing in November because I couldn't find a few words for some scenes. Now due to everything in 10th grade, Episode 23 got pushed back from late January to mid-April 2024.
Then Episode 24, a year in the works, released exactly the same day as 23 did.
That marked the end of my show, as I planned a reboot in December 2024 during Winter Break, and look at where we are now. From 2021 until 2024 was III adding lore to S2's return in August, and then a full movie, and now S4. Not to mention that BFDIA's unexpected revival happened 2 years ago.
So TL;DR, we are uncs. Corona did something to everyone, including me. I managed to get a first relationship with this one girl I didn't know in middle school, thanks to my math friends, but that ended before 7th grade, I made BFTLCAH, then a soft reboot, then a reboot 4 years later, and within that 4 year span was The awful delays of Episodes 20 onwards, because of schoolwork, and now that my show's done I have other things to take care of in life. I started YouTube June 14, and over a year later 10,000+ subs from a short, and also starting with artificial music thanks to a YouTube channel I got recommended in June late 2024 doing just that.
And within that time I managed to get blocked on the BFDI wiki and OSC wiki within 2023, just about 7 months apart. And then in August 2022, firings of problematic crew members, and once again in March.
Hey guys, to past the time that while I have to wait for my school days to resume due to severe weather conditions, I made a guide on what contestant/character of Inanimate Insanity should be with any BFDI counterpart. Of course, the most obvious ones I'll also mention even though they are indeed similar to what they are compared as. And parenthesis symbols will be added for each character for the reasons that these otherworldly characters from another universe similar as. Let's start by alphabet and in season order.
Season 1
Apple: Gelatin (due to their childlike behavior. Gelatin's age may be discarded, but Apple is one of the most indefinite (in terms of learning about definitions) characters to basically learn all that much.
Balloon: Balloony (self-explanatory)
Baseball: Basketball or Tennis Ball (appearance-wise, absolutely yes, but personality wise when comparing two other characters, not that valid)
Bomb: Bomby (self-explanatory); Pie (75% self-explanatory due to them being explosive)
Bow: Flower (same color, same depiction (more on the Season 3 list later); Profily (playing the I Don't Remember Who Is This card by MePhone4)
Knife: Needle (basically both are sharp and made some sort act of kindness in their own shows)
Lightbulb: Bottle (does have moments where they are silly, and that one time, they both can glitch like cyborgs, with Lightbulb doing twice, one in S2E8 and S1RE4; but unfortunately Bottle only choose Yellow Face for Lightbulb, which is fine, they are yellow after, but these two fragile geese could have a fun interaction together, I'm just saying); Bubble (she was compared at some point to Bubble in the 2022 BFDI x II meetup shorts due to them round, shiny, and very fragile and most at risk characters in their own shows aside from Bottle)
Marshmallow: Pillow (in terms of how huggable they are and sharing the same color. The only they contrast is personality, with Marshmallow have an in-depth character growth with her personal dilemma, and Pillow went from a heroic character sacrificing from a bunch of forks, to a comedic psychopath downplaying her first team in TPOT); Ice Cube (both have tendencies on a different aspect, with Marshmallow into independence against trauma, and Ice Cube more-so focusing on payback) (side note, Marshmallow is hard to point out)
Nickel: Nickel (BFDI) (self-explanatory; but does having contrasting elements in terms of personality); Coiny (also self-explanatory, given that they are coins, but like Nickel was anticipating for that spot in BFDI just to become a one-off Coiny joke to replace him. And bonus, he wasn't even making Coiny look like an idiot, he was his idol as seen in the 2023 BFDI x II Experience shorts)
OJ: Firey (both orange and the winners of the first season, all while their characters have grown to foolishness in some instance, with OJ belittling Suitcase of her worth in competing in Season 2 (but we all know this turned out), and Firey having the dumbest and worst reason why Leafy lashed out on being on Dream Island over a ferris wheel, like REALLY?)
Paintbrush: Winner (they both have good friends they look up to, all while have faced dilemmas when it came to different scenarios between them: Paintbrush messing things up back in S2E12, and Winner giving up on the dream of being famous again.)
Paper: Woody (to me they are both come off as afraid to whatever extent is in their way. Paper fears from his evil self, and Woody was basically afraid of everything, up until BFB post-split)
Pepper: Match (this is entirely due to both of them having a BFF, but their BFF is only dragged along from one character at a time, to another. With Salt being with OJ, and BFDI Pencil in her FreeSmart alliance in BFDIA)
Pickle: Eraser (they both claimed to have a lack of intelligence, or to put it simply, they are dumb. Pickle has as self-claimed IQ of 43, while Eraser doesn't have a brain, in fact he keeps mentioning this with a lot of eraser species... I guess)
Salt: Pencil (BFDI) (Just like with Pepper and Match, these guys were mentioned due to their fixation on being closer friends with others)
Taco: Taco (BFDI) (self-explanatory); Leafy (were at one point that both of them want the taste of vengeance for not winning the first season of the show, and backed by their cunning nature just to help the competing contestants)
Season 2
Box: Blocky (in terms of shape; not much); Barf Bag (pretty much everything, except that Box is sensitive to liquid, what with drowning underwater before being brought back to life, and Barf Bag relying on liquid since her barf is essentially her blood. Coincidentally Box and Barf Bag both fell underwater in S2E18 and TPOT 8, respectively)
Cheesy: Blocky (unlike Box, they both share a sense of humor, with Cheesy more on standup comedy, and Blocky more on making deadly pranks, which leads me to...)
Cherries: Blocky (like I said it had to do with the pranks, but Cherries are now more passive instead of being merciless); Ruby (in my opinion, they are both happy-go-lucky and friendly, with Cherries finding ways to entertaining others, and Ruby being loyal to FreeSmart without any conflict at all, except in BFDIA 5C where she was treated harshly by Pencil) (this being said like Marshmallow, they are unique when compared to 68 characters in the entire BFDI roster, yes I counted all of them)
Dough: Donut (based on they way they are made from); Pie (they both have a big cheek on their mouth to emanate their derpiness when compared to other characters in their own shows. Plus, both of them are chill, but seen as petty, with Dough just replicating the art of being a nuisance from his alleged little sister, and Pie... she may be indifferent towards her team's problems, but she is overall smarter than Dough, judging by the way she is rational towards her team's belief on saving lives while trusting others to their needs)
Fan: Fanny (half self-explanatory, because they are meant to be used for ventilation and air conditioning, but almost they are total opposites of each other, which is acceptable, even if it's appearance or personality and equal or opposite, that's valid on any character's part)
Microphone: Lollipop (speaking of which, they too are opposites. The only thing I see is similar to them is them being feminine and circular heads with stick bodies. Lollipop is more narcissistic yet sassy, while Microphone is compassionate and courageous for what is right); Needle (similarly to Knife, they both also do an act of kindness. One thing Needle has done in post-hiatus BFDIA is making two acts of morality for both teams FreeSmart and WOAH Bunch.)
Soap: Pin (to be fair, I only chose Pin, because of their self-proclaimed history of being a good leader, where Pin doesn't do anything heroic other than being second boot of BFDI, while Soap ended up screwing over team, twice, except for S2E6 during the mansion challenge)
Suitcase: Gaty (both therapist and the one needing to aid their problems); Book (here's what I think fits the case (no pun intended): Book had negligence on her end because of the way she lashed out at her own team in the first phase of BFB, when she claimed that Taco abandoned them without any proof at all. Suitcase also had felt some resentment by Baseball for voting out his best friend as result of her getting discouraged by Nickel's orders. Both of them reconciled with their friends at the end. At BFB 16, after a lot of reflection, and a sacrifice since BFB 14, she (Book) is now at better terms with BFDI Taco by the time she competes for the BFB and BFDI before the BFB post-split. The same with Suitcase, as she called out her anxieties, Baseball felt really sorry on why he lashed out on her for voting out his best friend, the same way Book have done to BFDI Taco, does this count as a parallel? Let me know)
Test Tube: Tennis Ball and Golf Ball (self-explanatory personality-wise, however Test Tube only met TB, which is funny, because they both are intellects, two words in their name, and also these traits: Tennis Ball is physically a klutz, while Test Tube does speak awkwardly when given the wrong circumstance, like the time she said about her secret laboratory when Suitcase heard her.)
Tissues: Rocky (I'm sorry to tell you this, but Tissues is also a unique character to point in Inanimate Insanity's part compared to BFDI. Only reason I picked Rocky is that vomiting is a form of illness due to food poisoning, and Tissues does have a lot of symptoms due to his Condishawn. That is why it's hard for me to determine that any character is weak as Tissues aside from Woody in terms of courage, and Bubble in terms of how vulnerable she is to get killed)
Trophy: Snowball (it's easy to tell that they are considered jocks. But as of now, Trophy has not done anything manly enough to do because of the Season 2 hiatus, but at least he is in Season 4)
Yin-Yang: Pillow (yet another difficult character to point out. Yin-Yang is both nice and naughty, which is already self-explanatory given what they are as good and evil. Pillow is also on the same scenario, but what she excels at compared to them is that she is more controlled at what she can or can't. More specifically Pillow and Yang can have murderous tendencies and being merciless psychopaths, while Pillow and Yin are seen soft and kind without happen to deal harm, but of course Pillow, when she is ignorant of anyone's life, and Yang, when split apart, are both troublesome. But credit where credit is due, Yin-Yang finally learned how to better communicate with each other throughout Season 3, Pillow, on the other hand might not change for the better)
Season 3
Blueberry: Fanny (Blueberry can somehow tolerate Fanny's hatred over so many things that she (Fanny) despises at, which is clever, because Blueberry does understand hatred so much to an extent where basically, he doesn't even care at one point); Pie (you could tell how he was made. No disrespect for Blueberry because that's basically his blood on someone, but both of them are mellow and chill, with Pie being more level-headed yet seen as neutral to many things, and Blueberry is stubborn and miserable, yet he does know how to put up a fight against a lot of odds); Teardrop (I had to add this because it is considered that they are both different shades of blue, but they can fight back on their own)
Bot: Roboty (self-explanatory, but Bot does have more personality); Robot Flower (is the same reason for Roboty, but also is the reason why Flower exists. Because starting in TPOT 7 all the way to TPOT 13, Robot Flower was at the point of committing murder and very harsh towards to the contestants, the same way Season 1 Flower did. Bot also had to go through an identity crisis ever since S3E7, as they found the truth of who they are up until they fully embraced at the end of Season 3, making them their person)
Cabby: Book (I already pointed this again when comparing her to Suitcase, but, during pre-split BFB, BLEH or Gibberish, or what ever team name you call it was kind of an unhealthy to be in because Book caused a sparking outrage at BFDI Taco for ditching them in BFB 1, when in reality, she died, and that led her having a pretty complex character arc that only lasted up until the beginning of the split in BFB 16. Cabby is much easier to understand in this context: She was helpful, but only useful when she needs to fully remember it exactly. And most of the time she is protective of her work, especially if taken into the wrong hands. Now I will also point this out, Book and Test Tube were also somewhat similar at some point because they were belittling and neglecting their friends for having the same reason, that person being so unreliable despite what's inside them deeply. And that's when in TPOT 10, Book had the nightmare that she instead go through the same negligence as BFDI Taco did from her. The same way Test Tube would treat Cabby this way up until her rejoin. This may conclude the thesis there); Liy (this can only be determined because they share the same color, and nothing similar nor opposing is their characters)
Candle: ??? (Yes, I mean it that this is the only time I don't who Candle can similar she be unlike the others, and that's not even the worst part considering BFDI characters don't have a well-established personality when compared to Inanimate Insanity, which makes the great characters in my opinion. What do you think is the perfect BFDI character that has the same appearance or somewhat similar personality? Let me know. My hypothetical guess is Barf Bag, since they are both wise and more level-headed between wisdom and rationality, but Barf Bag already has a counterpart, that being Box, and at the very least, these two could be made for each other depending on the right circumstance given)
Clover: Ruby (two happy-go-lucky girlies who have no part of harm's way whatsoever. Well except for Clover running into Lifering with a bus, but before him we have)
Goo: 8-Ball (Only reason? Both are limbless, however with 8-Ball sounding too monotonic, that would almost go along with Goo's enthusiastic expression of being scared and happy. Speaking of...); Woody (I knew they are indeed similar, since they are both scared at a lot of things, what with them easily stressed out, rendering both of them helpless)
Lifering: Pin (given that I did mention it about Soap, but again, has to do with the leadership aspect of their personalities, with both of them being failures in such reluctant ways in their debut season. (except for the case of Pin where she previously Total Firey Island, but that was before BFDI and that all the characters' personalities were established for the first time) Bonus points for being color red by the way); Donut (They do have holes in them. And they are supportive to their friends along the way. That being said, I forgot about that, which is why I'm editing this now)
Silver Spoon: Lollipop (Unlike Microphone, they both share such striking similarities. Of course being that they were grown to glamour and beauty, with one of them leading a team under his influence (Silver Spoon), and the other made her own invention, in the form of a paint spray can (Lollipop)
Tea Kettle: ??? (I know in BFDI that there was Barf Bag teaching Gelatin how to not use friends as a form of abuse when he keeps doing it at Bomby, but like Bomby got abused a lot in BFDIA 8 for being a paint bomb, and let's not forget about his joke when Donut was burnt in lava in BFB 14. Her (Barf Bag), Donut, and Taco could have fit the parent figure trait for Tea Kettle, but of course, Tea Kettle does a better job as a mother, caring, resourceful, and loving) (Again, such a difficult selection considering BFDI has a few parental figures in mind to choose)
The Floor: Bell (BFDI) and Black Hole (BFDI) (All three of them are just otherworldy, in a sense that one absorbs nature, in a sense that it's completely lethal; one is held on by nature; and one is grounded by nature based on their coding)
Season 4
And for reaching this far, here are my suggestions to add up, with the others yet to be confirmed for both parties of each show:
Bonesaw: Woody (if it excludes Woody's fear of almost anything, both of them are kind and helpful, in a sense that they are good friends as far as I can see. Haha, even the joke lands here that saws cut wood, speaking of which); Saw (Bonesaw and Saw might just be siblings for once, which is just amazing for some reason)
Jack: Fries (trust me, this is my speculation. Not only because of the JacknJellify name, but because in BFDIA 11 (I'm not sure if this is the right episode), Nickel from BFDI said "Wait, is that Jack and Jelly Fries," which led me to believe this is the perfect comparison (Also Jack from I Can Make A Difference is synonymous with the card, and as well as Ace from PPT2). Keep it mind that this is the first impression of Jack as he was a debut like with the others, but of course, he had to be seen as a joker, what with Fries also just pulling the strings in BFDIA like he is a mastermind at some point. This may conclude this idea for the most part)
Magnet: ??? (first impression of debut means that lack of evidence is present, so as of now, she is yet to be determined in terms of personality)
Pencil: Pencil (BFDI) (you know what's funny, the fact they are indeed similar, but because of the Nickel effect, they are contrasting to each other, especially if people theorized by the fact II Pencil is the same Pencil from BFDI, but it's not. I know the wiki never mentioned Pencil because she had to be a bootleg of an inspiring show, but like I can just add her to make her feel included guys, c'mon. Anyways)
Poppy: ??? (also yet to be determined in terms of counterparts, which is the same for BFDI if any new personality traits has yet to be offered for any characters)
Spikey: Cloudy or Puffball (I mean, they are flying, but because the flying characters I mentioned in BFDI are soft, where as Spikey is touching hazard for the hands and body)
Tapey: ??? (to be determined, do I need to say more?)
Teddy Bear: Pillow (Both are indeed fluffy and huggable, but Teddy Bear doesn't do anything wrong despite her in S1OE6 (O not a zero; meaning original), she wiped out all the other debuts except for Apple, which she did killed her at the end)
And as bonus:
Bookcasey: Profiley (in terms of why they just randomly appear, like do you even need them to just like them? Sure, but like they are meant to be sidelined for just existing)
And that wraps this very stressful and exhausting list, which took me almost 6 hours to make considering I had to rest to stop staring at the computer screen for once. And as of finishing editing this post, I still have no school for tomorrow, so more time for me to do random stuff on this wiki to help. Hopefully, you came here to say how long did I made this, which is nice to know. Anyways, is this valid, or you have other suggestions, let me know in the replies if needed. That's all for such a huge post. Have a good day/night II wiki.

So basically the whole lore is:
Two of my freinds started dating. And one kins Test tube, and the other kins Fan(im going to be calling them both their kinnie names for the rest of this). You know who I (kinda) kin? BOT. So yeah they adopted me and now Fan has the ability to ground me. And Test tube is somehow the less responsible parent.
WHY DOES FAN HAVE TO TAKE AWAY MY GAMBLINGGG
