Starfruit is a minor character on Inanimate Insanity II and the lead singer of the fictional band Spoiled Lemon. He is voiced by Brian Koch.

Starfruit is a single slice of yellow starfruit. His yellow color fades to the center, where it has five seeds.
Coverage[]
He was first mentioned in Rain On Your Charade, by Microphone, who said that he was an attention hog anyway in the band, after Knife mentioned that the Spoiled Lemon has gone downhill since he left, during the elimination.
He appeared in Mazed and Confused and had the starting speech for Spoiled Lemon, after the announcer stated that the band has finally "reunited". In the speech, he said sorry to all of his fans, which Fan took it personally, for leaving the band. In the following, it is noted that he left the Spoiled Lemon, most likely because he lost faith in his music skills. He eventually got back with the band - which surprised everyone - because "someone" helped him realize that his music was inside him all along.
He winks and clicks at Lightbulb, (who because of this, could be presumed to be that "someone" previously mentioned,) who winks back and leaves Fan in shock. He ends the speech and begins the performance with a loud "LET'S ROCK!", singing A Party before and as the credits roll, which astonished and "reconciled" everyone watching the concert, with Starfruit being its Lead Singer once more.
During the ending scene of Candle's Exit Interview, Starfruit makes a brief appearance to advertise the videos sponsor Surfshark VPN. He briefly mentions his voice being likened to a surfers in the past, thus why he is involved in the advertisement.
His first non-canonical appearance was in the BFDI Version of the 2024 BFDI x II Short: "Host to Coast", where MePhone4 and Two are at Los Angeles, California. He briefly appears at wet concrete area, where he ended getting his hand stuck in the wet concrete, which is supposed to be dry, but turns out he sunk too deep into the wet concrete area, making his last words that he's sinking like his music.
Any information for his appearance in The Reality of the Situation will be explained for the next few hours. But as for now, in the second trailer of the Inanimate Insanity II: The Movie, he briefly appears in a shocked in horror expression.

- Despite being named Starfruit, he is only a slice of a star fruit, not a whole one.
- According to the June 6th, 2021 Q&A stream, Starfruit was very highly considered to debut as a contestant on Inanimate Insanity Invitational.
