Experiment 626 was an experiment created by Test Tube first utilized in "Tri Your Best". It also is used in "Waffling About" and in the 10th Anniversary Poster as Test Tube holding it.

Experiment 626 is a solution that can split the drinker into two separate beings. In "Tri Your Best", the experiment splits Yin-Yang separately into Yin and Yang. After the challenge, an antidote was also made by Test Tube.
Experiment 626 was also used in "Waffling About" by Test Tube, who pours it in a plate of waffles she later feeds Nickel in order to split him into two beings. However, the antidote isn't used in this episode to revert the split, but instead is resolved by defeating one of the Nickel halves and merging him with the other half.
