"FULL RECAP SONG: Inanimate Insanity S2" is a song for "Inanimate Insanity II", recapping the events of the season up to "Hatching the Plan", leading up to the release of "Truth or Flare". The song was composed and sung by Olivia Ciabattari, and was edited by Filip K. "Khoreo". The song was also shown in screenings during the II x BFDI 2024 Tour. It was released on YouTube on July 28, 2024.

Just crashed into Hotel OJ

Baseball and Lightbulb pick team names

While on Mars, Bright Lights find an egg
And Cherries is sent away
Triathalon time! Yin and Yang are split
Viewers vote, and Trophy is booted

Box gets out after everyone looks in

Dough gets killed and Yin-Yang has a brawl
The haunted house is home to Bow's ghost

MePhone's missing, his memories are scattered

With the gems recovered, MePhone remembers
All of Cobs' drastic measures
Fan's eliminated, Test Tube takes the egg
But when it starts to crack, nobody is safe
Aliens take the egg and Fan
And it's up to the contestants to rescue them
On the ship, they find The Prime Shimmer
Returning the egg, reuniting it with their
Family, but what they didn't see
Was that Taco and Mic had their own conspiracy
Fan in hand, Mic wins immunity
And gives it up, leaving Taco lonely
But Test Tube sees her end as well
Going off with Fan through the portal
Four contestants left
Many years spent away
Who will be the best?
And who will get sent away?
Taking back the contest
Knowing that today is the day
