In "Try Not To Laugh Challenge", the Jail Cell is introduced by MePhone4, with it being used to contain the contestants who were caught laughing in the challenge. The first contestant to enter the cell is Candle, who laughs to keep Yin-Yang in the challenge. Silver Spoon is shocked by how fast Candle had already lost the challenge. The next contestant to get locked up is Nickel after MePhone realized he had used the Pic-Nix Tables to generate a pie, which left The Sinkers without a method of attack. Bot then shows Tea Kettle a funny note that they had been reading earlier, instantly sending her to the cell as well. The last contestant to enter the Jail Cell in the episode is Goo, who laughs at a pun made by The Floor. The Sinkers end up losing the challenge. MePhone4 wonders how the more distracted teams had won, with Candle suggesting that it was "the power of love". MePhone4 laughs in response, sending him to the Jail Cell as well.

In "Pesty Besties", Nickel, Balloon and Bot occupy the cell while trying to come up with a theme song for their alliance. Balloon notes the others ideas down. Nickel asks him if they had any ideas on getting more people into their alliance. Balloon says that he had asked Paintbrush for the 7th time. The three do their Looney Balloonies cheer.

In "Spring on the Breakfast!", The New Old Thinkers regroup inside of the Jail Cell after the challenge. Yin-Yang wakes up with bandages, and angrily suggests that they get rid of Silver Spoon. Balloon panics, and Cabby says that they would follow his lead.

In "A Jury of Your Fears", the Jail Cell is placed on the beach, alongside the bench for the Jury and the seats for the Final 3. Upon arriving, Fan, OJ and Paintbrush are locked inside of the Jail Cell due to all leaving Indefinite Island upon being eliminated. The three watch and listen while The Jury give their questions to the finalists, but are not allowed to make any noise. However, afterwards, MePhone announces that the jury would be voting for the winner in a unanimous vote, much to their surprise. MePhone unlocks the Jail Cell, telling everybody from the Jury to go inside. Everybody in the Jury starts arguing over who they think they should win, before Tyler Bombard appears, locking everybody inside. The Jury is forced to watch on while The Unvitational Committee deafen MePhone and surround the remaining contestants.
