• He was the son of Lennard Katz, the father of Inanimate Insanity creator Adam Katz and his sister Samantha Katz, and the husband of Jill Katz.
• Being born in 1968, this makes him the oldest voice actor from the cast.
• According to Adam, after Christian Potenza quit voicing MePhone4 after episode one, Mark volunteered to voice the character despite Adam initially stating, "But you're a terrible voice actor!"
