Synopsis[]

If we had a nickel for every nickel that's in this episode, it'd be one Nickel! Watch this coin flip out as Fan continues his post-Inanimate insanity career.

Plot[]

The episode starts out on Fan welcoming the audience and tells them that this episode is gonna be "mind-blowing". He then brings up a button to represent the feeling, presses it, and causes an explosion from outside the hotel, shocking the audience. Test Tube tells him that it was only to be used for emergencies, but Fan states that it WAS an emergency. He then tells the audience members to get excited for his next guest. Suddenly, Nickel sarcastically asks who the guest could be, and Fan says that he didn't want a special introduction, which he sternly agrees. Shortly afterwards, Fan tries recreate the famous line between him and Baseball, and Nickel says he forgot to read the "script", underestimating Fan. Nickel claims that he raided the printer, since most of the sheets were blank, and another coin brings some more for our host, (and they're recycled, too). A confused Nickel states that he's never seen Dime before, and Fan explains that he's from another dimension, causing more confusion around the two. Fan thinks that he's feeling some tension and tries asking why he's always sarcastic. Dime then reassures Nickel by stating that he's not worthless, which makes him think that it was a kind way of saying he's worth more than him, but means that it's simply the truth. Feeling frustrated, Nickel decides that he wants to share his feelings, letting Test Tube walk up to him, only to be jump-scared by him. After fixing the camera, Fan acknowledges that Nickel is great at telling scary stories, which makes him think that he should tell one. Fan says he was just kidding, but the lights start to fade, concerning him. Nickel then tells the "story" of how Fan decided to become more social, shocking the audience, and disappointing Fan. Once the lights have turned back on, Fan ask Nickel if he wore a costume for Halloween, and he says that he let Knife draw a face on his back to "listen" to Suitcase. Dime says he just likes to be himself, (as in being a philanthropist), which offends Nickel, who claims that it's HIS thing. When Dime asks what he has done, Nickel says he stopped Knife from flushing down bottles. Dime asks if it's a common problem in his universe, which Nickel says it's not anymore, so he compliments him by saying that everyone should be green. Nickel tries to one-up by saying that it's his favorite color (Not for Tissues). Fan thinks that he has a patent for being environmentally-friendly, but Nickel claims that nobody should do it other than him, which shocks the crowd, and he claims it came out wrong. He then ponders to Fan about dealing with another coin, who's not just different than him, but worth MORE, and doesn't wish it upon anyone. Suddenly, an familiar, orange coin walks by to say hi to Nickel, and he says hi back. Fan then tells Nickel that he's glad to have him on I.I., but then the lights start to dim again, revealing that Dime was saving energy throughout the hotel. Fan says it's so convenient, which makes Nickel un-amused, and repeats it, but more sarcastically. He then uses his sarcasm in some unusual ways, which makes Nickel want Fan to stop, and the episode ends.

Characters[]

Trivia[]

  • Coiny from Battle For Dream Island made a brief appearance, with Michael Huang reprising his role as Coiny. It was an ironic reference since Nickel was talking about knockoffs.
  • Coiny is also animated with a BFDI mouth instead of the usual II mouths.
  • This is the only time Fan's mouth is not semicircle-shaped in the thumbnail.

Goofs[]

  • Tissues' voice actor, Taylor Grodin, is not listed in the credits.
