Inanimate Insanity[]
"The Crappy Cliff"[]
Paper was only seen when he asks what feces is, so Knife explains it to him, which grosses Paper out.
"A Lemony Lesson"[]
Paper is picked to be on Team Epic by Knife, who also convinces Paper to disregard the challenge, and instead watch Desperate Housewives with him. Team Epic ended up losing the challenge, leading them to elimination, where both Paper and Knife received 3 votes each. This resulted to a tiebreaker, where Knife and Paper were both teleported atop a platform, and had to knock each other off. Paper was easily knocked off by Knife, but grabbed the pole right above the water. After several objects were tossed down by Knife, including a bowling ball, apple, Taco, and a dolphin, it was a piano that finally did Paper in, eliminating him.
Paper's Profile Picture.
"A New Stage In The Game"[]
Paper, along with Baseball, were seen on Idiotic Island, as Paper complained about his lengthy time within the cage, and says that when he gets out, he would kill someone. Baseball attempts to calm him down to no avail, but moments later Lightbulb crashes in, as Paper greets her remains, stating that another "victim" has arrived.
In War De Guacamole and Sugar Rush, Paper is briefly seen in Idiotic Island, although he has no dialogue. (In War De Guacamole, he appears in the stinger with Knife laying down on the ground. He is lying down on the ground next to Chinese food in Sugar Rush.)
"The Snowdown"[]
For the rejoining encouragements, Paper furiously yells at the viewers to bust him out of Idiotic Island, but adds a sentimental "please" afterwards.
"Double Digit Desert"[]
Paper, as well as the rest of the Idiotic Island members, discuss who will rejoin the game. Once the rejoining starts, Paper constantly makes remarks about both Knife and MePhone4. He ends up making it down to the top two, only against Bow, but receives the most votes, therefore rejoining. However, once jumping down from the elimination area, he pops Balloon with a paper cut, as his newly developed evil side declares that he promised he would kill somebody once he got out. During the challenge, Paper fails in attempting to lead OJ through the desert, using Bomb to destroy a group of cacti, but running into one moments later.
Rejoined[]
Paper tells Marshmallow she should die for throwing a ball at him.
"Aquatic Conflict"[]
Paper is offered to play catch with Marshmallow, only to be accidentally hit in the face, triggering his evil side to yell at Marshmallow, but switching back quickly to suppress this. At elimination, Paper is safe at the third to most votes for elimination, in front of Salt and Paintbrush, who were both eliminated. Paper ends up forming an alliance with OJ, after he decides to quit his previous one due to Bomb's betrayal. Once the aquatic challenge is announced, Paper and OJ both express their dislike for water, leading Paper to buy a boat (apparently from Wal-Mart), which the two drift upon. While on the boat, Paper and OJ discuss their past betraying friends, leading them to begin a new friendship. However, Paper's evil side butts in once OJ mentions Idiotic Island, and throws OJ off the boat, though he is recovered later. Paper begins to fish for the coin, but instead catches a shark, sinking their boat. As Marshmallow runs out of the water with the coin, Paper, turning evil yet again, throws his line, hooks and reels Marshmallow back into the sea, and taking the coin, and the immunity for himself.
"Crappy Anniversary"[]
While the animation is changed back to it's originality, Paper does not express extreme delight, or rather hatred towards this at all. He is safe from elimination, due to his previous immunity. As for the cliff diving challenge, Paper receives a water-proof bag to wear, as so he is safe from harm. Once he jumped off, however, a gust of wind blows him onto the cliff, and into the feces.
"Inanimate Smackdown"[]
OJ and Paper start the episode by resolving the fact that Evil Paper is triggered by the word "Idiotic Island". As this is revealed, Paper's evil side is constantly triggered throughout the episode, as "Idiotic Island" is said multiple times. During elimination, Evil Paper temporarily takes over Paper's vote, voting for OJ. Later in the challenge, Paper is set up to fight Pickle, who received two boxing gloves due to him winning the last challenge. While Paper seemed unwilling to battle, Pickle wanted to fight, and gave Paper a punch to the face, only to trigger Evil Paper to beat up Pickle, and rip him in half. He is later set to fight Bow, who casually throws a chair at him after he rambles about not fighting. Apple says that Paper will get sent to Idiotic Island, and begins to say the two words numerous times, causing Paper to faint after Evil Paper is constantly triggered. Once the scene changes to inside Paper's head, he meets up with Evil Paper, who knocks Paper down, attempting to take full control of his mind. Paper, however, rebels this, and kills off Evil Paper with a piano. Paper awakens, revealing that he has conquered his evil side. Despite this, he is up for elimination.
"The Great Escape"[]
Paper is safe from elimination with a mere 25 votes. Paper plays through the beginning of the MePhone Says challenge, doing simple commands such as touching his face, feet and randomly growing nose. However, after making a remark about MePhone4's underestimation, Paper is told to shut up, but not using the "MePhone Says" necessity, making him out of the challenge. He later rejoins for rounding up the eliminated contestants, and ends up only capturing Knife, causing him to lose the challenge.
"The Tile Divide"[]
Paper and an empty OJ are both sitting on a bench, while Paper begins to ramble about being up for elimination, and tells OJ to stop complaining. OJ snaps back, explaining his orange juice deficiency, while Paper obliviously drinks a carton of orange juice right beside him, infuriating OJ. At elimination, Paper and Bow were at the bottom two, but Paper received 211 votes, and was safe. He later appears offering some help to Taco's lemon problem, but this angers OJ and causes him to yell at Paper for betraying him. Paper agrees with OJ, apologizes, and chooses to help OJ through the rest of Inanimate Insanity. As for the challenge, Paper and OJ work together to accomplish the challenge, but at the end, Paper gives the immunity to OJ.
"The Penultimate Poll"[]
Paper first appeared at the elimination, hoping that the prize given out would be kabobs. As Pickle and Paper near the bottom two, it ends up being Pickle who is eliminated, and Paper is ultimately safe. He expresses his happiness with OJ, as they both are safe and outnumber Taco. However, the second elimination starts, and the first vote from Baseball goes to Paper, due to his "crazy guy impression". Knife also sets a vote for Paper, due to his betrayal in Episode 14, although Paper counteracts this with Knife's betrayal from Episode 2. Paper also receives a vote from Salt, who chooses him over OJ and Taco, and also one from Bow, due to her inability to communicate within her box, with Knife using this to his advantage to vote for Paper. The final vote for Paper comes from Pickle, which he chooses due to Paper's late rejoining and following OJ. Paper pleaded to not go to Idiotic Island once again, but to no avail, as he was sent there along with the rest of the eliminated contestants.
"Journey Through Memory Lane (Part 1)"[]
Paper is once again in Idiotic Island, being recently eliminated. Paintbrush mentions how terrible Idiotic Island is, as Paper begins to scream. Several people in the cage begin screaming, thinking Evil Paper has returned, although this just ended up being a false alarmed sneeze. He later appears unsurprisingly for OJ in his bleachers.
It looks like he just made a mini-me!
"Journey Through Memory Lane (Part 2)"[]
Paper is in the same spot from last episode in the bleachers, looking quite nervous as OJ and Taco run for the finish line. As OJ does end up winning, Paper, along with many others, cheer in delight, but quickly becomes confused as Taco reveals her evil side. He remains almost inactive throughout the rest of the episode, only screaming once in MePhone4's sake, and later confronting OJ about his million dollar loss. However, he does appear in the final shot with the rest of the cast, and in the end credits.
Inanimate Insanity II[]
Paper's cameo on the MeLife Recovery Center.
"Breaking the Ice"[]
Along with everyone else, Paper enjoys the party in Hotel OJ. He later questions MePhone4's arrival. Paper does not join Inanimate Insanity II, as he was not chosen on the slot machine. He later upsettingly tells the newly revived OJ that they did not make Season 2. Paper later is seen after repairing the hotel windows, although one is broken again by a dodge-ball.
"Tri Your Best"[]
Paper is mistakenly mentioned by Lightbulb.
"Cooking for the Grater Good"[]
Paper is mentioned by Baseball when he was talking to Trophy. Which leads Baseball explains what Paper was doing before his rejoin in Double Digit Desert to Trophy.
"Everything's A-OJ"[]
Paper was first seen sitting next to OJ, reading a newspaper with the headline "Paper's Character Design Slightly Changed". He was also seen defending OJ. If he was also moved by Box's silent testimony is unknown. He was last seen in Hotel OJ, welcoming the eliminated contestants.
"Rain On Your Charade"[]
Paper makes a cameo with Bomb at the party at Hotel OJ. When Paper notices that Balloon had walked in the hotel with OJ, he gasps in surprise before walking away since he is one of those people who doesn't realize Balloon's change as a person.
"Truth or Flare"[]
Paper can be seen inside of the hotel as Taco looks inside to see Microphone.
"The Reality of the Situation"[]
Paper appears next to OJ, greeting Knife and Suitcase into the Hotel OJ Party, and mentions that he likes to call it "HOP." Knife points out the acronym mistake, which leads to OJ and Paper arguing about it. After hearing the wailing, Paper tells Fan that they had a Spoiled Lemon reunion planned out. Paper is then seen making party hats before OJ walks in and suggests a new idea for the hats. Paper is visibly upset at the idea of OJ making everything about himself and lashes out at him. He notices OJ going silent and grows worried when he starts panicking after having to face MephoneX. After being attacked, he yells in horror with everyone else upon seeing OJ's state. Paper is later seen grieving next to OJ's fallen figure.
"Through No Choice of Your Own"[]
After Toilet unplugged Me, Paper was erased from existence off-screen.
"Objects in Mirror"[]
Paper and Knife argue
Paper wanders around in the MeAfterlife, and is spooked when a piano is generated in front of him and falls to the ground. It reminds him of his elimination back in early season 1 and he backs away from it, tripping over Knife. He still holds a grudge over Knife's betrayal, and is annoyed that Knife is the first person he found here. They bicker a bit and try to assess their surroundings. Paper says it's not like any void he's been in before, and Knife asks what other voids he's been in. Paper says that he wouldn't understand because he's never had a moment of personal growth and Knife decides to leave him and his voids. They then witness Springy glitch out in front of them and Knife decides to leave in a different direction.
Paper and OJ reunite C:
Later in the episode, Paper and OJ are recovered at the "Wall of them All". Paper is shocked to see OJ again and tears up when OJ hugs him. He tries to retract what he said to OJ in episode 16, but OJ actually agrees with him that he wasn't respecting Paper enough. He announces that he will be changing the hotel name to be less self centered and Paper recommends "Hoot" because of a joke OJ made. OJ says that he loves the name and holds Paper's hands, making him blush. They are then both interrupted by Salt, who feels betrayed that her "boyfriend" is holding hands with someone other than her. Paper tells her to stop before he "does something", and Pepper arrives to drag Salt away and apologize for her behavior. Paper and OJ then stay together for the rest of the episode, with them holding hands before the red line game and holding onto one another during the MePad appreciation ceremony.
Inanimate Insanity Invitational[]
"Spring on the Breakfast!"[]
Paper is briefly mentioned by Yin-Yang, after an image of him appears during their challenge.
"The Show Must Go On"[]
"Woohoo!!"
Paper appears in one of the many episode pitches, standing on top of a large wooden pole, exclaiming that it was really easy. The text "Paper Cameo" can be seen on MePhone4's whiteboard afterwards.
Inanimate Insanity IV[]
"The Future Is Today!"[]
He's never looked better..
Paper shows up in a frankly ridiculous costume after the theater finished a show for the newbies. He is annoyed because they left before he got to perform his big act two numbers.
"Cob Mentality"[]
Paper and Poppy meet in a more calm manner.
Paper is very frightened by Poppy's arrival and mistakenly assumes that they are Cobs. He is the first of many to scream and flee from them. Later, when the panic has subsided, Paper tells OJ that he wants to try competing again. OJ is very enthusiastic about this and tells him that he'll do great. In the challenge, we briefly see him attempt to talk to Jack, who glares at him and cracks his knuckles in response. Paper then meets Poppy and tries to apologize for his previous accusation of them being Cobs. Poppy asks about them all being created by MePhone and Paper clarifies that MeTag is the only exception. Paper defends the fact that MeTag used to work for Cobs, and Poppy calls out how hypocritical it is of him to trust them but not Poppy. Paper realizes that they're right, and decides that they don't trust both of them. During the end of the challenge, he bickers with Trophy twice. First, Trophy indirectly calls him cowardly after Paper learns someone thought his word was yellow, and later on, Paper assumes single-minded was Trophy's word because he is single. Paper's word was actually sweet, which was correctly guessed by Tapey. When the points are shown, and Paper and Pepper end up in the bottom six, they are both confused by the outcome. They both ask how they got a bad score since they were in season 1, and Fan points out that they've spent most of that time talking to OJ and Salt respectively. They both struggle to come up with a proper rebuttal and Paper blushes slightly.
Paper prepares to write his vote for the elimination.
Because Paper was in the bottom six, he is sent to the elimination after Fan decides to undo his previous degree that there would be none. He looks very nervous as he approaches the elimination area. He is picked to be the first to vote, and cautiously walks behind the voting curtain. We don't see who he votes for, but he clearly seemed hesitant to do so. As more people cast their votes, Paper becomes scared that he'll be the first boot again. He decides to be the first person to spin the immunity wheel and lands on yellow. This makes his vote invalid, but doesn't penalize him further. Paper becomes scared again when a vote for him is read, but it ends up being his only vote. Jack is furious about his elimination and claims it's unfair because Paper has already completed and got really far. Feeling confident, Paper then adds that he's also dating a winner. Then he apologizes after he realizes how insensitive that might be to the others, being that none of them made it far in their seasons, or have never competed at all. When Jack starts to become aggressive, Paper tries to console him since he too has been a first boot, and knows how it feels. He tells Jack that he can rejoin eventually, like he did. This doesn't do much to stop Jack's impulsiveness and he almost kills Test Tube, shocking Paper and everyone else who witnessed it.
"Run the Risk!"[]
"Keep an open mind, keep an open mind!!"
He is first seen in the episode's opener, continuing off of the elimination ceremony from last episode. He can be seen covering his mouth in horror of Jack's actions. Later, during the team picking, he is chosen to be on the yellow team (later named "Heavy Metal Pop stars"). When put next to Metag and Poppy, he has to affirm himself to "keep an open mind". Later on, during the team-naming challenge, he reacts negatively when Starfruit bangs on the sphere of silence. Paper is next seen during the team immunity challenge, guided by Lightbulb out of the maze. He is tasked with guiding Tapey next, and begins shaking in fear when introducing the next part of the challenge to her, possibly alluding to his fear of water. Paper's next appearance is during his team's elimination segment, stating that MeTag's failure in the challenge was not the only reason they were chosen to be voted out. He looks guilty as Poppy questions the team's choice.
"Fan the Flames"[]
To be added
Fan's Fantastic Features[]
"The Paper Cut"[]
Paper appears as the fourth contestant to be featured on "Fan's Fantastic Features". Fan graciously introduces him as a "Fellow Fiber Friend", before introducing him to the audience. He is met by generous applause. Paper happily greets the audience, stating that he had been wondering what being on the show was like, happy to now be included. He begins discussing his lack of free time due to monitoring the hotel, before being cut off and interrupted by Pepper. Paper is told to leave for a break, and he sighs disappointedly before exiting the scene, stating he had a feeling this might happen. Paper reappears later in the episode, after the show is overtaken by Salt and Pepper. As Fan is about to interview him, Paper can be seen sitting on the floor with him, dawning a tired and unhappy expression. Fan is once again cut off, and without the chance to speak, Paper now displays an angrier expression with his arms crossed.
"Inanimate Insanity Direct"[]
After being robbed of his "Fan's Fantastic Features" interview in "The Paper Cut", he finally gets to sit down and talk to Fan. They laugh over Paper's story of why he "used" to be afraid of dolphins and his amusing anecdotes. They are then interrupted by Test Tube informing Fan that they both have won Spoiled Lemon tickets, and need to claim them now. Fan is hesitant to leave Paper so suddenly, so Paper tells him he's okay with just talking to him later if needed. Fan is very thankful and gives him permission to handle finishing the video on his own. Fan and Test Tube skedaddle and leave Paper alone, with no one watching. Feeling devious, Paper heads to Fan's desk and drops his lucky mug right on the floor, breaking it. Dramatic music plays as Paper looks into the camera with zero remorse. His enjoyment of the moment is ruined when an unexplained dolphin appears from under the deck, bringing back Paper's old fear and ending the skit with him screaming in terror.
