Plushies are a line of merchandise that depict Inanimate Insanity characters in the form of a stuffed toy. The Inanimate Insanity Store was the old website to buy the plushies before they ended the partnership. Then now you can get the new plushes on the new and offcial Inanimate Insanity Store. So far, the plushies include Lightbulb (in both yellow and blue), Yin-Yang, Paintbrush, Nickel, Bot, Test Tube, Fan, MePhone4, Cabby, Balloon, Taco, Suitcase, Knife, Bow, OJ, Teddy Bear, Goo, Box, and MePad.

On September 16, 2025, it was announced on the Inanimate Insanity website that the partnership with Creator Ink had ended, meaning that merchandise, including plushes, would no longer be be manufactured by them or sold on their storefront. As announced on November 1, 2025, a brand new store ran by AnimationEpic themselves will open on November 26, 2025.

On December 4, 2024, AnimationEpic opened a plush poll to allow fans to vote on who should become the next plush. This poll included all current contestants, along with some other supporting characters such as Springy, MePhone4S, The Prime Shimmer, etc. The winner of this poll was announced on December 9, with MePad receiving the most votes, while Salt received the least.

There is an ongoing plush vote (as of September 25, 2025) called The Next Inanimate Insanity Plushie!, featuring every previously released CreatorInk plushie, as well as every Inanimate Insanity IV contestant.

On November 26, 2025, the new shop opened, featuring new products like the OJ plush, the Goo plush, a new Bot plush, etc.

Trivia[]

General[]

  • After the release of the Paintbrush plush, Justin Chapman stated that II plushies are no longer going in popularity order, the first 2 (Lightbulb and Yin-Yang) were in order since it’s a big investment but they are still “testing the waters” with plushies.[9]
  • When they were first added to the online store, the descriptions for the Cabby and Balloon plushies said that the two contestants had both lost out to Silver Spoon in the finale. This was assumed by the community to be a leak and was also quickly removed, but was confirmed to be untrue due to Cabby's victory in "You Can't Do This Forever".[10]
  • In May, Adam asked via a twitter post[11] what character the community would want to see next. Bot was one of the more requested characters, which likely led to their plushie being made.
  • 2023 had the most plushie releases in object show history, with Inanimate Insanity releasing 6, Jacknjellify releasing 3, and a few other channels releasing their own plushies.
  • Prior to their release in November, the Fan, Test Tube, and MePhone4 plushies were leaked via an email.
  • Bot and MePhone4 are the only characters not present in the top 9 of the popularity poll to get a plushie, but this is because Bot debuted in Season 3 of the show and MePhone4 wasn't an option.
    • When asked about a Baxter plushie in Jacknjellify’s 2,000,000 subscriber live stream, Adam said that a Baxter plushie was not “top on the priority list,” meaning Baxter realistically won’t have a plushie.[citation needed]
      • Later, during Jacknjellify's 2,000,000 subscriber livestream, Adam confirmed that Yin-Yang would get a restock in 2024, with the plushies additionally being larger.[citation needed]
  • Adam Katz is the only person who voices two characters that have plushies.
  • Test Tube has appeared on the MOST tags out of any character. Including Paintbrush’s tag (most likely for being a bright light with them), Nickel’s tag, Bot’s tag (most likely for creating them), Fan's tag, and her own tag.
    • Bot also ties with her in terms of most tags as they're seen in Nickel's tag, their tag, MePhone4's tag, Balloon's tag, and Cabby's tag.
  • MePhone4's tag includes Balloon, Bot, and Yin-Yang, which were assumed to be his three favorite contestants in "Home Is Where the Heart Is".
  • The back of Taco's tag is a screencap from "Hatching the Plan" when Microphone cuts off contact with Taco.
    • This may count, as this is also the first time, in a character plush to have the back their tag to only have half of the characters. Breaking the streak of only including four characters visibly seen in the back of their tags, of course only having two characters in that tag.
  • This is also the first time where characters who don't have their own plush are also seen in each contestant's tag, with Goo in Cabby's tag, and Candle and The Floor in Yin-Yang's tag.
  • So far only Lightbulb, Knife, and Suitcase are the only post-hiatus finalists in Season 2 to receive a plush, meaning Baseball is the only one who hasn't gotten his own plush.
  • The only characters to appear on plushie tags so far are (in order of most to least):
    • Test Tube: (Paintbrush, Nickel, Bot, Fan, Lightbulb her tag); 6 total
    • Bot: (Nickel, MePhone4, Cabby, Balloon, Goo, their Tag); 6 total
    • Balloon: (Nickel, Bot, MePhone4, his tag); 4 total
    • Nickel: (Bot, Balloon, Yin-Yang, his Tag); 4 total
    • Fan: (Paintbrush, Test Tube, Lightbulb, his tag); 4 total
    • Lightbulb: (Paintbrush, Test Tube, Her tag and Fan's tag); 4 total
    • Paintbrush: (Test Tube, Fan, Lightbulb, and their tag); 4 total
    • Yin-Yang: (MePhone4, Cabby's tag, his tag); 3 total
    • Goo (Cabby's tag, His tag); 2 total
    • Cabby: (Her tag); 1 total
    • MePhone4: (His tag); 1 total
    • Candle: (Yin-Yang's tag, Goo's Tag); 2 total
    • The Floor: (Yin-Yang's tag); 1 total
    • Suitcase: (Balloon's tag, her tag); 2 total

  • Additionally, a few of the released plushies have been edited screencaps from episodes, rather than being said character alongside a few other's in a background.
    • Taco's tag is an edited screencap from "Hatching the Plan", in the scene where Microphone confronts Taco after securing Fan.
    • Suitcase and Knife's tags are from an edited screencap from "Truth or Flare", in the scene where Knife and Suitcase talk after Baseball's elimination.
    • Box's tag was a screencap from "Objects in Mirror" where Box and Suitcase meet inside of MeAfterlife.
