The Spring! Clones are minor characters in Inanimate Insanity Invitational. They were introduced in "Spring on the Breakfast!", designed to make the Final 6 face their pasts. They were created by Springtastic.

Appearance[]

The Spring! Clones look nearly identical to the contestants they are based off of. They don't seem to have the ability to speak (disregarding Suitcase) or show many emotions. Spring!Candle lacks the flame that is present on her counterpart. It is currently unknown if they have any other functions.

Coverage[]

In "Spring on the Breakfast!", they first seen just zooming around as seen with the clone for Candle, then the next scene is with the Test Tube clone standing in front of Cabby and Bot not knowing if it is alive, and then the next clone is with Suitcase, nowhere to be seen but said by Balloon as if he was just imagining. Bot asked Cabby to check if the clone was alive or that it just barely moves, Cabby tried to greet herself and apologize, she checked on the clone, and it smiled without any expression, already knowing it isn't the real Test Tube. The Candle clone didn't do much during a moment with Yin-Yang and Silver Spoon, with Silver Spoon convincing one of the half (Yang) to keep going without the help of the clone. Nickel and Balloon were arguing about their past conflict about their actions during the previous season, and then a voicelines was heard just to say to Nickel "just to say sorry", and then the Suitcase clone magically appeared, that led to Nickel discontinuing the challenge, because he fell down the hole of the cereal as he still argued with Ballon after what they did during the previous season. Cabby touches the clone, and as said, it was a fake, then proceeds to Bot and Cabby just talking about Bot's background details of how they react to their creators seeing them in a brand look. Not much happened with clones, then it proceeds to Balloon trying his best to grab all the springs, as the Suitcase clone smiled at him, as he smiled back at it. Silver Spoon went to the final room, being the gear room, where he needs to complete the last puzzle in order to escape the cereal box, and was stopped by the Candle, asking him to follow the hole for him to lose, and he refused only to not finish the challenge by the end. Moments later with Cabby and Bot, Springy's voice was heard but he was nowhere to be seen, with the Test Tube clone pointing down at the hole of the cereal box, Bot asked Cabby to go closer because they're scared of not knowing the clone is just like the real Test Tube. And the hole was a fake, letting Cabby grabbing the correct, and to escape, with the Test Tube clone doing a thumbs up for her effort to let her and Bot to finish the challenge

In "You Can't Do This Forever", while Springy explained what went wrong for him about how he failed to change the show as what he pleased, all the Spring! Clones can be seen behind his illustration as well as the Spring-toys being shown, with Balloon claiming Springy wanted to replace them (possibly all of them in particular) with toy replicas. Springy even said they all give a lot of anxiety towards them, with Balloon agreeing, and Cabby refused to let this happen.
