In "Try Not To Laugh Challenge", Bot calls over The Floor, referring to him as 'Floorida', to try and make Balloon laugh.
In "Home Is Where The Heart Is", Bot empathizes with The Floor when he's the picnic basket. The Floor responds by assuring them that no matter what, he's sill himself, and pops away from the Loony Balloonies. This makes Bot smile, helping them with their own struggles.
Later in the episode, Bot is drawing pictures of The Floor on a sheet of paper. When The Floor is in the "red spot", Bot leaps on top of the volcano, and talks to The Floor about how he helped Bot overcome their worries about not being themselves if they wanted to be different, and they show him the aforementioned pictures they drew. This calms down The Floor in his fit of rage.

MePhone4[]
The Floor initially started off as one of MePhone's contestants, and the two never interacted much.
When the Fist Thingy repeatedly fails to remove The Floor from the island once he's been eliminated, MePhone expresses his frustration, asking The Floor what part of eliminated he didn't understand. The Floor tells him that he can't leave as he quite literally is the island, which leads to MePhone declaring him invisible from there on out. This becomes more and more of a challenge as The Floor continuously interrupts several challenge ideas, only adding to MePhone's frustration. MePhone then says that he's changing the challenge one final time: to remove The Floor from the island and "save them from him". After Bot makes peace with The Floor, he offers to be MePhone's assistant. Though MePhone initially rejects this idea, he eventually relents and agrees, saying The Floor does sound like exactly the kind of assistant he'd be stuck with.

Springy[]
In "Spring on the Breakfast!", The Floor is very uneasy with Springy, worried that they was possibly torturing the contestants inside of the Floating cereal boxes, also being unhappy with how Springy sneaked up on him. Following being pushed off of the cereal box by Cabby, The Floor triumphantly eats Springy.
In "A Jury of Your Fears", Springy scoops The Floor into a terrarium with a shovel, aggressively shaking him around and taunting him.
In "You Can't Do This Forever", Springy takes The Floor up with them to the Volcano to attempt to persuade Walkie-Talkie against killing MePhone4.
