The Grand Slams was one of the two opposing teams competing in Inanimate Insanity II, the other being The Bright Lights. This team was formed in "Breaking The Ice". The members include team captain Baseball, along with Balloon, Box, Cheesy, Knife, Microphone, Nickel, Soap, Suitcase, and Trophy. Dough joined The Grand Slams in "A Kick in the Right Direction" but was almost immediately eliminated after being eaten by Yin-Yang in the same episode. During "Theft and Battery", Toilet was temporarily made a member of the Grand Slams, much to the team's disapproval.
The teams were formed based on each contestants' placement in the ice-breaker challenge. The Grand Slams have more members due to the fact the number of contestants was odd, although the teams would be equal if Cherries were counted as two contestants.
The Grand Slams were dissolved in "Alternate Reality Show", along with The Bright Lights. They were never completely eliminated, as one of their former members, Suitcase, went on to win the season.

In "Breaking The Ice", the team was formed based on the order of the contestants that fell to the ice cold water, with Baseball leading the team and calling it The Grand Slams. During the real contest, the armless competitors did horrible resulting in only Knife and Microphone remaining. Knife got eliminated due to Microphone's clumsy acts, but this resulted in Microphone using her specialty (being annoyingly loud) to beat the team.

- As of "Mazed and Confused" The Grand Slams and The Bright Lights were tied for wins and losses, but the pattern was broken with the Bright Lights winning in "Kick the Bucket".
- There are more males than females in this team, which is unusual for the series.
- Even with Box being revealed to be female in "Objects in Mirror", the males on this team still outnumber the females.
- This team got a new member, Dough, on their team before he was eaten and couldn't be recovered. Because of this, they are the first team to gain a newbie in the middle of Season 2.
- The Grand Slams had one more person on their team than the Bright Lights because the number of contestants was odd.
- Baseball let Soap be the captain for the "Cooking For The Grater Good" challenge. During "Everything's A-OJ", Microphone nominated Soap for team captain, much to Baseball's displeasure.
- This team won 4 times (5 if tying in the maze challenge is counted).
- In April 1st, 2017; II's Twitter account published a post saying that a new contestant called Pear will join The Grand Slams and the team is going to be renamed to The Grand Pears.[1]
- Knife was the last Season 1 competitor left on The Grand Slams prior to his elimination.
- Suitcase is the highest ranking member on the Grand Slams, as she won the season.
- This automatically also makes her the highest ranking Inanimate Insanity II newbie.
