Despite Toilet not appearing on-screen in Season 1, but in A Kick in the Right Direction, Toilet was unsure about finding Bow from 60 Foot Cliff (Inanimate Island), but MePhone tells him that this is a chance for him to prove himself, Toilet was happy about it and decides to find her body.
Dough[]
While the two haven't interacted, in A Kick in the Right Direction, Toilet found Dough instead of Bow.

MePhone 4[]
Toilet is friends (on his side) with MePhone 4, Toilet always loves to call him "Mistah Phone" and agrees every time MePhone 4 asks to take him some wires. But in "Mine Your Own Business" MePhone kicked Toilet out of the show and you can see that Toilet had a facial expression after that scene, it possibly explains that he had enough of MePhone treating him like this. This was in the past, as MePhone in episode 18 of season two said to Toilet ‘You gave over to much of yourself, Toilet. I never deserved you as an assistant. I’m sorry.”
