The rankings are calculated by the rankings of the two challenges in S2EP1. The highest average rank gets first, and then second, and so on. Microphone is first because she placed 3rd in Challenge 1.1 and 1st in Challenge 1.2, so her average rank is 2nd place. Nobody has a higher average rank, so she is first.
