This is an article about the remastered version of S1E6. You may be looking for the original version of the episode.

We're going to have a challenge to decide who will win the game.

MePhone4

"War De Guacamole" is a remake of the Season 1 episode of the same name and the sixth episode of Inanimate Insanity: Season 1 Remastered. Released on October 4, 2025, it is the first episode in the remaster to be released in almost five months, following a hiatus due to the launch of Inanimate Insanity IV and the BFDI x II 2025 Tour.[1]

Synopsis[]

A group of ten fan-submitted contestants battle it out for a shot to debut in the game! And, no matter who wins, they're sure to freshen the competition up with a new coat of paint!

Plot[]

Cold Open[]

The beginning of the episode shows Knife talking to Nickel, Paintbrush, Balloon, Taco and Pickle, asking them if they want to see the wonders of static electricity, which he demonstrates on Marshmallow by shocking her. Knife and Taco laugh at Marshmallow as Knife points out that she is "so much fun to mess with".

However, Marshmallow gets her revenge by pressing a button, triggering the Fist Thingy to launch Knife into the distance. Nickel asks where she got the button, and she responds that she got it from Walmart and that it came with a free cucumber, which Pickle shows romantic interest in.

Knife is then seen falling into the gorge from One-Shot Wonder, where MePhone4 is already waiting and reminds him that he's up for elimination, much to his frustration.

Elimination Time![]

The episode starts immediately with Elimination Time, where MePhone comments on the jingle and says that it's such a wonderful song. Knife disagrees and just wants to know if he's safe. MePhone announces that they got 430 votes and that he got the rewards - leaves - last minute. Pepper isn't thrilled about this.

As Marshmallow is deemed safe with 26 votes, she quickly notices her leaf made a metallic sound upon collision with her and weighs about 10 pounds. MePhone4 comments that leaves were too expensive, which Marshmallow questions.

Taco is the next one safe with 34 votes, leaving Knife and Pepper in the bottom two. Pepper is deemed safe with 146 votes, which meant Knife is eliminated with a new record of 224 votes, beating everyone else in the number of votes each. Knife tries to prevent his elimination by holding Marshmallow in front of him, but the Fist Thingy simply responds by pulling her out of the way.

A new recommended character[]

MePhone congratulates the final 10 for making it so far in the game, before announcing that they had a contest in the previous episode; the 10 recommended characters are then told that one of them will join the game through a paint gun contest (which MePhone seemingly came up with on the spot). The last person standing will be a new contestant in Inanimate Insanity.

Teddy Bear shoots Poptart, who then spontaneously explodes just before MePhone points out the paint is explosive. Teddy then goes for Magnifying Glass, who uses Magic-8 as a shield, but Teddy manages to hit both of them. Apple calls Teddy creepy, even though she doesn't know the definition of it. Teddy hits Apple in anger which causes her to fly into Cookie, who breaks. His remains are then shot with paint by Teddy twelve times (which MePhone is briefly concerned by).

Tellie is next to be hit by Teddy's paint after he briefly tries to distract her with "her family" (live-action footage of bears). Dictionary agrees with Apple's consensus that Teddy is "creepy", causing her to get upset and start shooting relentlessly, taking Dictionary out of the competition in the process. Bell asks Teddy if she could calm down enough to form an alliance with her, but Teddy thinks that Bell is mocking her and shoots her with the paint gun.

Apple becomes angry at Teddy and tries to shoot her, but Teddy dodges, causing the paint to hit a sleeping Spikey instead. Apple suddenly has her paint gun knocked out of her hands, and Teddy starts to shoot at her, but Apple dodges every shot. After 72 hours of this, Teddy eventually starts to tire herself out. However, Apple finally remembers she has a paint gun and promptly shoots Teddy Bear, thus making her the winner and the new contestant on Inanimate Insanity.

A challenge to win Apple[]

The two teams are told that they are going to participate to have Apple on their team instead of immunity. However, because Team Epic only has three members due to Knife's elimination, only three members from Team Chickenleg can participate. The computer chooses Bomb, Pickle and OJ to compete.

The first competitors (Nickel and Bomb) must cross a lake of mud with platforms on them. The second (Paintbrush and Pickle) must climb up a ladder onto a platform and jump into a huge vat of guacamole. The final competitors (Marshmallow and OJ) must cross a boardwalk over a gorge with a spinning saw. Whoever wins the challenge wins Apple for their whole team.

As the challenge starts, Bomb jumps across the platforms while Nickel trips on the first one, and then falls into the mud on the second, causing Paintbrush to jump over and try to pull him out. Bomb, about to hand the baton to Pickle, tells him to take the baton, but doesn't actually let go of it for a bit because he wants to "play things safe", allowing Team Epic to catch up. Paintbrush slowly and carefully climbs the ladder while Pickle skids up quickly. However, MePhone ends up having to call for a quick break after Pickle tackles Paintbrush in mid-air, leading to the two missing the guacamole and injuring themselves from hitting the ground so roughly; meanwhile, Team Chickenleg's baton lands in the guacamole.

"It's a Ball"

A commercial for a stupid rubber ball appears asking the viewers if they're bored, and telling them to play with said rubber ball that they can buy for 9000 dollars, promising that it's worth the payment. The It's a Ball song is heard through the entire commercial.

After the commercial, the injured Paintbrush hands their team's baton to Marshmallow. OJ then realizes that Team Chickenleg's baton is still stuck in the guacamole. Meanwhile, Marshmallow starts to cross the boardwalk and is frightened by the spinning blades underneath.

Just then, OJ finally surfaces with his baton, now full of guacamole. Marshmallow gets scared of him as he stumbles onto the boardwalk because she thinks he's a zombie and runs away with her baton. OJ accidentally slips off the boardwalk while panicking over whether or not he's infected, hits the blades and shatters. With that, Team Epic secures their first win and Apple joins the team.

A member exchange[]

Nickel happily says that he can't believe they actually won, but MePhone4 reveals the bad news to him that, when seventy people voted for Nick Le last episode, they really wanted him to be eliminated. Balloon and Salt aren't too phased by this reveal.

Thus, Nickel is disqualified and is replaced with Lightbulb, who had just been eliminated in the last episode and resumes her position as captain of Team Epic. MePhone4 also announces to Team Chickenleg that they get a "fabulous prize", which is that they're up for elimination with their winning streak snapped; however, the team members will be voting instead of the viewers. MePhone tells the viewers to check back on the first day of November to see which member of Team Chickenleg is eliminated.

The final scene of the episode shows Nickel at Idiotic Island along with the others at nightfall. Nickel is upset that he's there, but he takes solace in the fact he still has his rubber ball. As he bounces the ball, "It's A Ball" starts to play and runs through the credits.

Trivia[]

Differences from the original[]

  • Knife lands on a cliff with a net as opposed to Apple, consequently removing the Annoying Orange reference.
  • Rather than exaggeratedly stuttering, Bomb over-explains his reason for not letting go of the baton.
  • OJ becomes a zombie-like creature after the guacamole mixes with his juice.
  • Marshmallow runs away from OJ after thinking guacamole turns them into zombies, instead of using a button to tilt the plank.
  • During Nickel's elimination, MePhone's line "Oh, yeah. And Nickel? We have some bad news." is changed to "Oh, right! Uh, Nickel? You might wanna sit for this."
  • There is a much greater reaction to the Nick Le vs. Nickel voting reveal, with Team Epic gasping at this result followed by Balloon saying "I mean, duh!" and then Salt with "Someone call me a salt shaker cause I'm shaking. Get it?"
  • Apple saying "Yay, the trio!" is added after Lightbulb shatters.
  • Taco doesn't say "But I thought you gave us immunity!" after being told Team Chicken Leg is up for elimination with their winning streak snapped.
  • The date MePhone tells the viewers to check back on is changed to the first day of November as opposed to September.
  • MePhone4 no longer mentions cookies as a reward with Apple or calls himself a fat slob.
  • Paintbrush does not land in the guacamole before drowning and saying "Mama?".
  • Knife's nickname is changed from "Mr. Tough Guy" to "Mr. Murder-pants".

General[]

  • When Dictionary is sent flying, he uses the same scream Book from Battle for Dream Island used in "Zeeky Boogy Doog".

Goofs[]

  • There are four day-night cycles while Teddy Bear is shooting at Apple; however, MePhone says that only 72 hours (3 days) passed instead of 96.
  • Paintbrush is not seen grabbing the baton after Nickel falls into the mud, and they visibly do not have it as they climb the ladder and Pickle tackles them; it only appears in their hand after the Rubber Ball advertisement plays.
  • The Team Epic baton is suddenly yellow after MePhone plays the ad, when it was initially identical to Team Chicken Leg's baton beforehand.
